Meet Lieutenant D, the youth empowerment mascot of The Healing Hearts Foundation of Berks County Corp, bringing a powerful message to young men everywhere.

Lieutenant D represents courage, discipline, confidence, respect, and Non-Violence. His mission is to encourage young men to discover their strengths, take pride in who they are, and understand that their future is shaped by the choices they make today.

MORE THAN A MASCOT — A MOVEMENT

Growing up in today's generation comes with pressure. From social media influences to friendships, bullying, and expectations of fitting in, young men face challenges that aren't always discussed openly.

Lieutenant D is here to change that conversation.

Being tough doesn't mean hiding your feelings. Being respected doesn't mean intimidating others. And being a leader doesn't mean following the crowd.
